Hello, Woodgate! The Architecture Committee has been watching you and you've been working hard to make Woodgate a wonderful place to live! In my opinion, the neighborhood is in great shape overall.

As a reminder, our CC&Rs filed by the original developer of Woodgate are binding and enforceable on every property in the subdivision. They were created to establish a level of quality and to help protect the long-term value, appearance and enjoyment of our neighborhood.

I joined the Architecture Committee in 2023 and was designated Chairperson. I continue to serve in that volunteer role and want to share some of the knowledge and experience I’ve gained from 35 years of building high-end custom homes.
