Q: Does Woodgate have a Homeowners Association?
A: Yes. The Woodgate Neighborhood Association was incorporated in 1984.

A: Annual Membership is offered to all residents without exception, and becomes effective upon payment of dues. Membership gives each household a number of rights and privileges not available otherwise. Membership in WNA - although highly encouraged - is not required for homeownership.
