Your Membership Benefits Everyone
Being a homeowner in the Woodgate Subdivision, you automatically become a member of the Woodgate Neighborhood Association upon payment of annual dues. Of course, with membership come both rights and responsibilities.
Each Woodgate residence is expected to pay a nominal $75.00 (current amount) annual dues assessment to fund the expenses of the association.
Pay Dues Here
It's all about Woodgate safety, security, and integrity. A home is usually a family's number one investment. Maintaining that investment is our main goal. And yes, that takes your financial support.
WNA must be prepared to preserve and protect our neighborhood from crime, unsafe property conditions, and the hazards of short-term rentals. That requires budgeting, including a fund for legal assistance, should that become necessary.
In short, your financial contribution will help us safeguard your neighborhood and your property value.
