Important Zoom Meetings!
All Woodgate residents are invited to join in next Tuesday, September 10 at 7:00pm and Saturday, September 14 at 10:00am for a SPECIAL ZOOM ONLINE MEETING!
We’ll talk about neighborhood issues, especially growing concerns regarding rental properties. We’ll also preview upcoming events including National Night Out and our Annual Meeting and Elections for 2025.
There will be a couple of announcements regarding committees. Please come prepared to give feedback. As an association, we have to work together to chart our course for the future.
The Zoom meetings are for ALL Woodgate residents, so if you know someone who is not yet involved, please let them know. We’ll provide login information in Monday’s newsletter.

Woodgate Quick Q&A
Q: Does Woodgate have a Homeowners Association?
A: Yes. The Woodgate Neighborhood Association was incorporated in 1984.
Q: Is membership in the HOA mandatory?
A: Annual Membership is offered to all residents without exception, and becomes effective upon payment of dues. Membership gives each household a number of rights and privileges not available otherwise. Membership in WNA - although highly encouraged - is not required for homeownership.
Q: Does the Woodgate Subdivision have deed restrictions on homes?
A: Yes. Mandatory deed restrictions were placed on each home in the subdivision when Woodgate was built. Those restrictions are still in place today. It's important to understand that all restrictions and city code apply to all homeowners - regardless of paid membership status in WNA.
Q: What happens if residents don't comply with the restrictions or city code?
A: Any resident within the subdivision, or the Architectural Control Committee, or the Association, or the City of Carrollton may initiate proceedings to enforce compliance.
More information regarding Woodgate Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions can be found in the FILE CABINET.
