Eligibility:

The contest is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are homeowners within the Woodgate subdivision in Carrollton, Texas. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. One entry per household. Current WNA Board Members, as well as their spouses, children, and other immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:
To enter, pay the 2026 annual WNA dues in full in the amount of $75, either online or by check, during the entry period. To enter without paying dues, submit your name and address to president@woodgateneighbors.com by February 28, 2026.

Entry Period:
The contest begins upon announcement and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on February 28, 2026.

 

Automatic Entry:
Homeowners who paid their 2026 annual dues prior to the contest announcement are automatically entered.

 

Prizes:
There are three (3) prizes total. One (1) winner will receive a $200 Gift Card to Gloria’s Latin Cuisine and two (2) winners will each receive a $100 Gift Voucher to Texas Roadhouse. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection:
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes.

 

Winner Notification:
The winners will be announced in the March WNA Newsletter. The winner may also be contacted directly using the information on file with WNA.

 

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Publicity:
By accepting the prizes, the winners consent to the use of their names for association communications without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

Release and Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Woodgate Neighborhood Association, its officers, board members, and volunteers from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

 

General Conditions:
WNA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if circumstances arise that are beyond its control and affect the integrity or proper operation of the contest.

 

Sponsor Disclosure:
This contest is administered by the Woodgate Neighborhood Association. Gloria’s Latin Cuisine and Texas Roadhouse are not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this contest.

 

Governing Law:
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
