Major Construction Planned for Frankford & Hebron
We recently spoke to the senior engineer at the City of Carrollton and have an update on the major construction projects that are currently planned for Frankford Road and Hebron Parkway to upgrade the quality of those roads. Median landscaping will be enhanced at the same time.
They will be removing and then replacing the current concrete in all lanes and medians, while keeping their current configuration of lanes and medians once the project is completed.
