Architecture Committee Submitted 27 Code Enforcement Complaints in August
Updated: Sep 1

The Architecture Committee continues to work with the City of Carrollton on maintenance and property-related concerns within Woodgate.
In August alone, the committee submitted 27 Code Enforcement complaints to the City of Carrollton involving fences in disrepair, high grass and weeds, trash, and a junked vehicle. We’re happy to report that good progress has already been made in resolving some of these issues.
Earlier this year, we also identified rental properties within Woodgate and we've been working closely with Cory Heiple and the City of Carrollton to get those properties properly registered.
As always, if you notice a property maintenance issue or something you believe may violate City Code you can send an email to the Architecture Committee and make us aware. We'll contact the appropriate City department and monitor the response to help make sure the concern gets to the right place. You can also submit a complaint on your own using the City of Carrollton's CityView code enforcement website.
Thank you to everyone who continues to help us keep Woodgate looking its best!
