All homeowners of Woodgate are automatically eligible and encouraged to become a member of the Woodgate Neighborhood Association (WNA). The association is comprised of Woodgate homeowners who have a common interest in the welfare, safety and value of our neighborhood. The WNA also supports community engagement and communication among residents.

Dues are only $75 a year! Membership in the WNA is voluntary and not a requirement for home ownership in the subdivision. We highly encourage you to join, as it greatly enhances the quality of life in the neighborhood in many ways:
 

• Funds the communication, administrative, legal, safety and security that benefits the entire neighborhood.

• Helps with common area beautification and maintenance.

• Participate in fun events that build camaraderie and neighborhood pride.

• Access to all member meetings.

• Helps support our Neighborhood Watch

• Government watch and advocacy

• Architectural integrity and monitoring

• Ability to run for Board positions, plus serve on committees and block captain positions.

• The satisfaction of contributing to your neighborhood…as an extension of your home.

 

Even if you choose not to become a WNA member, the association will still be working on your behalf with the goals of protecting and enhancing our neighborhood. We'd love to have you join us!​​​​​​​​​​​
