Planning to do some spring cleaning? The City of Carrollton will host a free community clean out event for residents to responsibly dispose of bulk and brush waste on Saturday, March 21 from 8 a.m. to noon at the parking lot on Rainwater Lane across from the Carrollton Police Department.
