We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who is currently, or has previously been, a member of the Woodgate Neighborhood Association (WNA). Your support truly makes a difference!
As we head into 2026, we invite every Woodgate homeowner to be part of the WNA, whether you’re joining for the first time or renewing your membership. Your annual dues and overall participation play a vital role in keeping our neighborhood strong, safe, informed, and connected.
As a reminder, annual dues remain just $75 per year!

WNA membership is voluntary, but it is critically important! When more neighbors participate, Woodgate has a stronger, more unified voice with city and local government (especially when standing up against issues like STRs).
Increased membership also allows us to fund essential needs such as insurance, neighborhood communications, beautification efforts at our entrances, and support the standards that protect property values for every homeowner.
As you can see, being part of the WNA isn’t just about events...it’s about protecting the long-term health and stability of our neighborhood.
Even if you choose not to join, WNA will continue working for the benefit of all Woodgate homeowners. We can assure you that commitment will not change! We hope you'll consider joining us in 2026 and being part of the collective effort that strengthens Woodgate and helps make our neighborhood a more connected and enjoyable place to live!
Thank you again for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming returning members and new members alike in the year ahead.
Sincerely,
Rick Wood & Sean Bruce
