Introducing the Woodgate Cares Committee: Neighbors Helping Neighbors

We’re excited to announce the formation of a new neighborhood committee: The Woodgate Cares Committee. It is a grassroots effort to bring Woodgate closer together by lending a hand where it’s needed most. Our neighbor, LuAnn Blough, came up with this idea and has graciously volunteered to coordinate this new committee. 

Whether it’s simply helping plant flowers, delivering a meal to someone recovering from surgery or just having a baby, offering to run errands, or simply changing a hard-to-reach light bulb, this committee is about being neighborly and showing up for one another.

The Woodgate Cares Committee will match volunteers with neighbors who could use a little temporary assistance. This isn’t about long-term care, just helping out when life gets a little tough. If you’d like to volunteer, or if you need a hand, contact us:
