Meet Your Neighbors: Chris and Annmarie Wolpert

Say hello to one of Woodgate’s newest residents, the Wolpert family of 1038 Magnolia Drive! Chris and Annmarie Wolpert moved into the neighborhood in July of 2025, trading high rise living in Downtown Dallas for their first home and a new chapter in suburban life.

Annmarie grew up in Coppell, while Chris is originally from Minnesota. Not long after settling into Woodgate, their lives changed in the best possible way. At the end of November, they welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Emerson Rose. Like most new parents, they're happily soaking up the newborn stage and enjoying every snuggle that comes with it!

From the moment they arrived, the Wolpert's say Woodgate and its neighbors have been incredibly welcoming and have helped them feel right at home. As they settle in, they're excited to get to know more neighbors and become part of the neighborhood.

Before parenthood, Chris and Annmarie spent a lot of time attending concerts, cheering on SMU football, and traveling whenever they could. Life looks a little different these days, but they're loving their newborn bundle of joy and embracing this new stage in family life together.

When they do get a chance to go out and about, some of their favorite local spots include 3 Nations Brewery, Cane Rosso, Paris Baguette, Bros KBBQ, and simply exploring whatever else our area has to offer.

We're thrilled to welcome Chris, Annmarie and baby Emerson to Woodgate! If you see them out and about, be sure to say hello and help make their first year in the neighborhood a memorable one.
