Hello, Woodgate! The Architecture Committee has been watching you and you've been working hard to make Woodgate a wonderful place to live! In my opinion, the neighborhood is in great shape overall. There are many properties that reflect the pride of ownership and a desire to set a high standard through their diligent maintenance. Of course, we have some properties that do not look so good and everything in between. Leading by example is an excellent way to keep Woodgate looking good.
At this time of year, our most common complaints are about lack of yard maintenance. We address this directly through notifications and indirectly using the City of Carrollton Code Complaint Portal. We also address a lot of early trash placement issues in the same way.

We're watching the two unoccupied properties on Sycamore and as well as a recent purchase on Sycamore. These three are lax in their lawn maintenance responsibilities. Also, the property at 2909 Redwood has made a lot of progress, but still has a long way to go. We know there are other issues that cause concern and encourage you to make us aware or ask questions.
I would like to thank all the members of WNA for their support of the Architecture Committee throughout the years. In 1984, Spring Creek Development ceded to WNA all assignable rights set forth in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions including filling vacancies on the Architecture Committee. The members of WNA have done a fine job via the election of the Board members in showing their support.
Keep up the good work!
