If you have lived in Woodgate for any length of time, chances are you already know Dawn and Michael Gonzales of 1202 Magnolia Drive. They purchased their home back in 2000, arriving with a one-year-old son, a seven-year-old daughter, and a thirteen-year-old daughter. Over the past 26 years, they've watched their children grow up, attend local schools, and build lives of their own. Today, they're the proud grandparents of six wonderful grandsons! To this day, family remains at the heart of everything they do.

For Dawn and Michael, what they love most about Woodgate is very simple: This is home! It's where their children were raised, where friendships have been built and where more than two decades of memories have been made.
Many neighbors also may know Dawn through her work as a REALTOR®. Over the years, she has helped countless families buy and sell homes, while also serving as a trusted local resource for real estate questions. Being able to support neighbors through important life decisions has been both meaningful and rewarding for her. In addition to her full-time real estate career, Dawn also works part time at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, something she truly enjoys and finds fulfilling.
Michael works as senior account executive for a commercial security company, DAC Inc.
When they're not working, Dawn and Michael enjoy cheering on NFL football, listening to live music, and traveling to spend time with their grandchildren. They're happiest near the water and love boating, fishing, and swimming whenever they get the chance. Around town, they enjoy exploring a variety of local restaurants and venues, and every now and then you might spot them cruising through the neighborhood in their classic 1975 Corvette convertible.
Their home is also shared with a few beloved pets. Izzy, their sweet rescue dog, may be shy, but she proudly holds her tail high as she walks through the neighborhood with Michael. They also have two cats, Ginger and Emeline, who came to them after a death in the family. Ginger is Emeline’s mother and the two have never been separated.
After 26 years, Woodgate is not just a place that Dawn and Michael call home. It's where their story has unfolded, and where they continue to build new memories surrounded by neighbors and friends.
