One of the best things about living in Woodgate is the people. Whether you're new to the subdivision or have been here since the beginning, staying connected helps make our neighborhood safer, stronger, and more welcoming. That’s why we’re creating a new and updated Neighborhood Directory — and we’d love for you to be part of it!
Be sure to add your information before Thursday, July 31.
Why Join the Directory?
Get in touch quickly in case of emergencies or neighborhood updates
Plan fun events and get-togethers
Offer or ask for help when needed
Support local businesses and services run by our very own neighbors
Participation is completely voluntary, and you choose what information you're comfortable sharing. Even just a name and email can help build a stronger sense of community.
What Information Are We Collecting?
Your Household Name(s) and Address
Phone number and/or email (These are optional)
Names of other household members (Optional. Including kids or pets, if you’d like)
Emergency contact preferences
Business owners
Skills or services you’d like to offer neighbors, etc.
We’ll keep all information private and only available to those who participate. No spam, no sales—just neighbors connecting with neighbors.
Ready to Join?
We’ve made it easy! Just and take a minute to share your info. Let’s work together to make our neighborhood not just a place we live—but a neighborhood we love.
Your Privacy is Important to Us
We take your privacy seriously and want to make sure you feel safe and respected as part of our neighborhood. We'll never publish or share your personal contact information — like email addresses or phone numbers — without your consent or permission. If you choose not to provide contact info for our official Woodgate Directory, no problem! We will simply list you with a note saying “Contact Information Not Provided.”
Also, please know that WNA has not released or approved any resident contact information for use in any unauthorized directories or outside communications. If you see something circulating that you didn’t sign up for, you can be assured it didn’t come from the WNA.
If you have any questions or ideas, feel free to reach out to the WNA Board.
